Politika e Kthimit

1) Përmbledhje (Nuk ka kthime / Nuk ka shkëmbime)

• All sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for stainless steel rope mesh, aksesorë, panele të prodhuara sipas masave.

Pse? Rope mesh is typically cut to size, me ferrule të personalizuar, and made to order for each project. Pasi prodhohet, nuk mund të rishitet.

2) Ndryshime porosie & Cancellations

• You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of order placement dhe before production starts.

• After production begins, cancellations are not possible; deposits and costs already incurred are non-refundable.

3) Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage

Please inspect goods on delivery.

• Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and product.

• Report transit damage or shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order/PO number

  • Photos/videos showing the issue

  • Quantity affected and packaging labels

• Mbani të gjitha paketimet deri sa të zgjidhet kërkesa juaj. Ne do të koordinim me transportuesin. Kërkesat e miratuara trajtohen me zëvendësimin e artikujve të prekur.

4) Defekte të prodhimit (Mbështetje pas-shitjes)

Edhe pse nuk pranojmë kthime, ne qëndrojmë pas cilësisë së punimeve.

• Nëse besoni se ka një defekt prodhimi, kontaktoni ne within 7 ditësh në momentin e marrjes (para instalimit) me fotografi, masat, dhe numrin tuaj të porosisë.

• Pasi të verifikohet, zgjidhjet tona të vetme janë, sipas gjykimit tonë:
  riparim, zëvendësim, ose furnizim me pjesë zëvendësuese. Ne mund të kërkojmë një mostër ose fotografi shtesë për vlerësim.

• Shembuj të defekteve të mbuluara: lloji/gjendja e gabuar e rrjetës e furnizuar në krahasim me PO, shklirja e ferrules gjatë mbërritjes, madhësia e panelit jashtë tolerancës përtej specifikimit të rënë dakord.

5) Çfarë NUK është Defekt (Nuk mbulohet)

• Gabime matjeje, porosi e tepërt, ose ndryshime specifikimi pas prodhimit

• Dëmtime nga magazinimi, trajtim, instalim, prerje, or site works

• Corrosion/tea staining due to site environment or chemical exposure (p.sh., chloride/salt) when Kategoria 316 was not specified or maintained

• Normal manufacturing tolerances and finish variation consistent with industry practice (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

• Wear-and-tear or damage occurring after installation

6) Unauthorized Returns

• Parcels sent back without our written authorization (RMA) will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s cost.

7) Refunds & Credits

• We do not offer refunds or store credits except where required by applicable consumer law. Approved issues are resolved by repair or replacement only.

8) Title, Risk & Incoterms

• Title and risk transfer according to the Incoterms stated on your invoice/PO. For delivered shipments, transit-damage claims must follow Section 3.
