退貨政策

1) 概覽 (不可退貨 / 不可換貨)

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for stainless steel rope mesh, 輔料, 或訂製面板的退貨或換貨.

原因? Rope mesh is typically cut to size, 特製套頭, and made to order for each project. 一旦生產完成, 無法再轉售.

2) 訂單變更 & Cancellations

  • You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of order placementbefore production starts.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible; deposits and costs already incurred are non-refundable.

3) Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage

Please inspect goods on delivery.

  • Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and product.

  • Report transit damage or shortages to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order/PO number

    • Photos/videos showing the issue

    • Quantity affected and packaging labels

  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. We’ll coordinate with the carrier. Approved claims are remedied by replacement of affected items.

4) Manufacturing Defects (After-Sales Support)

Although we don’t accept returns, we stand behind workmanship.

  • If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 日 of receipt (before installation) with photos, measurements, and your order number.

  • Once verified, our sole remedies are, at our discretion:
    repair, replacement, or supply of replacement parts. We may request a sample or additional photos for evaluation.

  • Examples of covered defects: incorrect mesh type/grade supplied vs PO, ferrule slippage on arrival, out-of-tolerance panel size beyond agreed specification.

5) What Isn’t a Defect (Not Covered)

  • Measurement errors, over-ordering, or specification changes after production

  • Damage from storage, handling, installation, cutting, or site works

  • Corrosion/tea staining due to site environment or chemical exposure (e.g., chloride/salt) when 等級 316 was not specified or maintained

  • Normal manufacturing tolerances and finish variation consistent with industry practice (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

  • Wear-and-tear or damage occurring after installation

6) Unauthorized Returns

  • Parcels sent back without our written authorization (RMA) will be refused and returned to sender at the sender’s cost.

7) Refunds & Credits

  • We do not offer refunds or store credits except where required by applicable consumer law. Approved issues are resolved by repair or replacement only.

8) 標題, Risk & Incoterms

  • Title and risk transfer according to the Incoterms stated on your invoice/PO. For delivered shipments, transit-damage claims must follow Section 3.
