רשת קיר ירוק: שינוי מרחבים עירוניים עם קיימות

As urban landscapes continue to evolve, architects and environmentalists have turned to innovative solutions that blend aesthetics with sustainability. One such innovation is the use of Green Wall Mesh, a stainless steel wire mesh used to create vertical gardens on building exteriors.

Green Wall Mesh serves as an armature for plant growth, offering the dual benefit of beautifying city spaces while contributing to environmental sustainability. It’s a flexible, עמיד, and corrosion-resistant solution that’s gaining momentum in modern urban design.

Material Composition and Features of Green Wall Mesh

Green Wall Mesh typically uses high-grade stainless steel variants, including AISI 304, 304L, 316, ו-316 ליטר. Here’s a quick look at their chemical compositions:

• AISI 304: C ≤0.07%, Si ≤1.0%, Mn ≤2.0%, Cr 17.0-19.0%, Ni 8.0-11.0%, S ≤0.03%, P ≤0.035%
• AISI 316: C ≤0.08%, Si ≤1.0%, Mn ≤2.0%, P ≤0.035%, S ≤0.03%, Ni 10.0-14.0%, Cr 16.0-18.5%
• AISI 316L: C ≤0.03%, Si ≤1.0%, Mn ≤2.0%, P ≤0.045%, S ≤0.03%, Cr 16.0-18.0%, Ni 12.0-15.0%

The features that make Green Wall Mesh stand out include:

1. Exceptional strength and durability, which enables it to withstand heavy loads and adverse weather conditions.
2. Resistance to rust and corrosion, ensuring its longevity even when exposed to elements like rain or snow.
3. גמישות, allowing it to conform to different architectural designs and structures.
4. Environmental benefits, including air purification and temperature regulation, leading to reduced energy consumption.

סוגים

In our product line, we offer two distinct specifications of the Stainless steel wire rope mesh. To ensure uniformity and accuracy in our measurements, we follow a specific protocol: the mesh, when clamped, is stretched such that it forms a 60° angle at both the apex and the base of the diamond-shaped opening.

To understand our specifications, here are the key terms:

• OW: This refers to the ‘Opening Width’, the horizontal measurement across each diamond-shaped mesh opening.
• OH: This is the ‘Opening Height’, the vertical measurement of each diamond-shaped mesh opening.
• ד: This symbolizes the ‘Cable Diameter’, the thickness of the stainless steel wire rope used in the mesh.
